Wears a light weight armoured suit that repels bullets and elemental attacks. Transportation: Motorcycle Metallic Marauder is actually Tevin Williams, a ex-athlete turned stock broker. He is a stereo-typical super-hero type. He always has a 'game plan' and has the annoying to tendency to speak in 'sport metaphors (or similes)'. One of his common saying is, "It's time to give it a hundred and fiddy percent." Which REALLY annoys the hell out of Sigma, whose precise mind cannot understand how one can exceed 100% of something.
Tevin basically woke up one day and said, I think I'll be a 'super-hero'. A gifted athlete he always suspected that he was different and when he ended up in the possession of a 'super suit' he decided to use it to fight crime despite all the risks. To the other Resistance fighters, he is a loose canon and it's only a matter of time before he gets himself killed or takes someone down with him.
He knows Ultramarine better than the others because she works on his motorcycle. He knows the location of her secret warehouse and garage, but they do not share their true identities._________________  |

Medium in length Eyes: Green Skin tone: Light brown Body type: Slim yet athletic Abilities: Can focus on a tree limb, small branch, leaves, vines, ivy, any living plant and use it as she sees fit, but she must be within 25 feet maximum of the plant life in order to have the desired effect. She has a green thumb (not literally) and can grow just about anything, loving the peacefullness of plants. Jess is part of the resistance and is a non-registered meta. She stays to the parks and areas that have plenty of plant life when she is out and about in her alias. Jessica has no real family to speak of. She was an orphan, left on the steps of a church when she was just a baby. She was a willful child, but loving and compassionate. She grew to be a lovely young woman with the ability to control plants. The nuns who raised her accepted her gift as just that, a gift, teaching some about natural medicinal herbs. When Jessica turned 18, she headed out on her own, working various jobs here and there in the Windy City. When she was 22, she had been evicted from her apartment, was being hounded for not being registered, when she came across Silicone in a small scuffle in an alleyway. He used the persona of death for his alter ego since his meta-ability was psychometry, the ability to see into the past of any significant object, a power that even existed among certain humans, or so it was believed. Grave Sight's sensitivity to psychic impressions was so powerful that he knew things that were best left secret and was constantly haunted with visions of history with every step he took. Eventually he learned to control his ability through a combination of meditative exercises and anti-psychotic drugs and was able to lead a semi-normal life but when required he could accurately delve into the past of any object he held or even stood near. Gifted with an extremely high I.Q., Everet rarely partook in the combat, preferring to remain behind the scenes and only a few other super heroes ever witnessed him in combat. His identity made public, Everet was also requested to assist police and even F.B.I., to lend his talents to their unsolved cases to which he agreed, but never would use his powers against meta-humans, unless they were truly guilty of a crime. Depending upon the potency of the psychic impressions left behind in an area or object, Grave Sight will see some or all of it's past. It will unfurl around him like a series of movies playing over and over until the end of time itself sometimes crystal clear and sometimes foggy. Everet is originally from New Zealand and had moved to the States, three years before the passing of the Riggs act in 2004. Everet will sometimes assist the resistance, but most of the time prefers to keep his distance._________________

He hadn't felt anything when she died, but now a week later he thought perhaps that he did miss her a little, he at least missed her computer talents and her late night raids of the pop machine in the kitchen at Green Street. She loved Mountain Dew and had told him she always imagined that anti-freeze would taste similar, to which Sigma had flatly assured her that it wouldn't and she just crinkled her nose and laughed. She didn't deserve to die like she did. The story was that she had fought back when the RAID agents busted into her home, but Sigma knew that she wasn't a fighter, she had a hard enough time prying open a can of pop let alone throwing her fist into the riot helmet of a RAID enforcer. She was definitely a victim, but who would have wanted to set her up? Silicone always stayed behind the scenes and people were hardly aware that she existed, and if they did none of them would have known her true identity. Joanne Keys. Sigma had always thought she looked like a 'Joe'. Guess he did miss her.— Sigma Slayer (May 22) The apartment had already been picked over by police who had conducted a follow up investigation after RAID bagged their meta-human, but Slate did find something at the scene that he had found very interesting. On a scribble pad beside her phone, Silicone had been drawing the same picture over and over again. Sigma had often noticed that she doodled while in thought or on the phone, and the last thing she had been subconsciously sketching was a what appeared to be a pole with wings, at least that's all he could make out.
There was also something else that puzzled him and that was the amount of plasma scorches, enough to infer that there was a fire fight, but between whom? He found bullet holes in the wall that matched with the report of Silicone firing six rounds at the enforcers before they fried her which meant that she was not returning plasma fire. 7'0", 350 lbs, White eyes and hair. Age: Unknown. Appears to be around 40.
A giant man, Apex is incredibly strong, his strength surpassing that of Bronze Devil's of whom he was the arch enemy of for decades. He utilizes the power to manipulate gravitons to increase his strength, generate invulnerability and the power of flight.
His hair is pure white which he has always kept long, and his eyes are white with a hint of blue and no discernible pupils as his vision works on an entirely different principle than the human eye. Apex basically has super-vision. He is able to see through solid objects (except for anything that is non-magnetic), through darkness and can zoom in on distant targets that are miles away and view them with perfect clarity. This ability makes his true power all the more dangerous, which allows him to know, absorb and mimic any meta-human's power that falls within his vision.
Apex's main power allows him to fuse the power of another meta-human to his own DNA. His use of the power is temporary, only lasting up to twenty four hours and once he absorbs another it is gone.
Apex is very old and has always adopted the principles of any cause that would allow him to satisfy his own personal agenda. During World War II, he was a Nazi and he and the Bronze Devil went toe to toe in a epic struggle of good versus evil during that time and Apex lost. In fact, it was believed that he was killed but several years later he has now returned to wreak havoc on the world once more.
He believe that world should belong to Meta-humans, that they are the superior race and Humans should bow down before them.For the last year he has been swaying members of the Meta-human resistance to his cause and has formed his own resistance which he calls, UMBRA. _________________  |

Alias: Machine
Machine is an artificial humanoid/android, he was designed and built in a government lab in Japan. He is comprised of human organic parts, state of the art plastics and near indestructible metal alloys. He is one of a kind, part of a failed government program decommissioned a decade or more back. When the Japanese government pulled the plug on his program Machine's builders kept him at the labs and allowed him to work with them on other programs, including weapons design, advanced robotics and genetics. The last of Machine's creators abandoned him a few years ago to go onto other endeavors and Machine has been wandering ever since.
Machine stands a mere 4 feet tall and looks like a beefy toddler, at one point he was covered in a flesh toned-organic synthetic skin but much of it has rubbed off and his metal endo-skeletal framework is showing through.
Machine is a highly intelligent, learning android. He was programmed to feel emotions, although their depth and breadth is limited. Machine is outgoing and friendly, he is curious and inexperienced when it comes to the outside world. His prime directives include: 1. Self preservation- machine will fight tooth and nail to resist being destroyed. He will also use his vast mechanical knowledge to maintain himself in good working order. 2. Preserve life- Machine will do whatever possible to preserve human life, especially innocent life. 3. Be of use- Machine was built to aid humankind and he will always volunteer for dangerous and near impossible tasks. Machine has dozens of directives, too many to list here.
Machine is a powerful being, he is very fast and many times stronger than an average human. He has a vast knowledge of computers, machinery and tools.
Machine wears kids clothing but tries to "butch it up" with adult shoes and various hats, he usually sports a simple "newsboy" style hat. At a glance Machine can pass as a pre-adolescent human male-upon close inspection his uniqueness would certainly be obvious.
Machine's face is vaguely featured, but most certainly human-like. His hands and feet are obviously metal and have no covering of any kind.
Machine's personality is that of a young person trying to act older and tougher than they are, he does not have the true immaturity of a child but is very aware of his size and lack of real world experience.
Machine is immune to electrical shocks, is virtually bullet proof and is very heat and cold resistant, he requires no food, does not breathe and powers himself with rechargeable solar cell technology. |

| For Consideration: Name: John McManus Alias: Gearbox, one time government operative. Physical Description: John is a hulk of a man, he is over 6 feet tall-weight unknown. John is an ex-boxing champion and a professional mechanic. John wears faded blue jeans and old t shirts-the t shirts are usually old concert t shirts. John wears a black steel toed work boot on his right leg. John's left leg is missing below the knee, his right hand is missing at the wrist. In place of these are two mechanical limbs of John's own designs. His mech hand is over sized and is designed to look and work like a boxing glove, it has three chunky fingers and a thumb. His mech leg is even more over sized and very heavy. John's face is scarred and sports a permanent broken nose, he has been through a lot. John wears an old fashioned, raggedy street cap. John always sports a buzzed head and five o'clock shadow. Personality: John is an old school tough guy and a consummate scrapper, he is a man of action and is always among the first into the breach. John does not smile much but does have a sense of humor. John hates criminals and will punish them with prejudice. John loves cars and working on them. Quirks and Flaws: John is considerably slower than most people, his mech leg is heavy and cumbersome. John can be heard coming from some distance, the motors in his mech limbs click and whir, his leg drags a little. John has trouble trusting anyone and counts Yelena, Cowboy and DiVine among the chosen few. John has a temper, it gets in his way. John has a soft spot for antique cars. John's mech limbs are subject to damage in extended melee. History and Background: John was a happy nobody living in Bayonne New Jersey, he had a mechanic's garage there and loved to repair cars. A run in with the local organized crime syndicate left his shop burned out and him missing a hand and most of a leg. John literally rebuilt himself and paid the injustices done to him back in full. He caught the attention of the federal government and agreed to be a government operative for a time. During his time as a federal employee he fought along side Cowboy, Yelena, Herman, Bug, Otis, Di Vine and many other memorable meta-humans. The Riggs act put an end to that and now John lives in a world hostile to the very people they had begged for help years before. John has spent his time lately trying to guarantee the safety of his former teammates and staying out of the hands of the government and most certainly R.A.I.D. John has been missing from the team for many months, he is currently in R.A.I.D. custody and deep inside a secure facility. John is locked away like a common criminal, they even confiscated his arm and leg. Skills and Powers: John has no meta-powers per say, he is outfitted with his mech hand and mech leg. John is tough as leather and a natural fighter. John is also a genius when it comes to anything with moving parts. John's hand must be wound on occasion, it is mechanical in nature and not cybernetic. John must wind the hand with a key that resembles a skate key, the key is inserted into the corresponding slot in the palm. John wears the key on a chain around his neck. The hand allows John to easily bend steel, or crush a brick to dust. It also punches like hell. The many motors in John's leg are charged by his walking. The leg allows John to jump 20 to 30 feet in any direction, even straight up. The leg is also equipped with a large spike that will anchor John to concrete or asphalt if necessary. It also kicks like a mule. John is a genius at mechanics, he can just about repair or fix anything if he has the tools. John is not well versed in advanced computers or electronics, he's strictly a gear head.

Height: 5'1" Weight: 110 pounds Hair: Black as night, shoulder length, thick and wavy Eyes: silvery blue Dress: whatever is comfortable, perferably jeans and t-shirt Abilities: Strong Empath, Fairly good Clairvoyant. Mikala was born to Scottish/Irish immigrants up by Albany, New York, her own mother being an empath and clairvoyant. Her abilities were passed down to her daughter. She had a fairly good life until RAID snuffed it out with the murders of her mother and father, although it can't be proven. She was 18 when she came home from school to find them dead. Running, she cleaned out her bank account and moved to Chicago. There, she practiced developing her skills with the help of other metas, only to be forced to register herself during the RIGGS act. She still helps out metas whenever she can and enjoys the work she does with the kids. She took Allie in after her stint in the juvenile meta boot camp and they have been close ever since. Mikala owns, runs, and manages the Second Chance Gym for troubled kids on the south end of Chicago. The kids all love her and Allie and would do anything for them. When needed as well, Mikey has been known to take kids home that have nowhere else to go, helping them get situated and feel like they belong somewhere. She lives south of Chicago near a small town called Crete. She has a small 50 acre ranch on Deer Lake. She has 3 horses, a couple of cows, 2 border collies, 1 german shepherd, chickens, and ducks. There's a pond not far from the house where you can take a dip in the summer and ice skate in the winter. She has six cabins, all near the main house. These cabins all have a mini kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom and living room. The bedrooms all have queen sized beds and every one of the cabins is equipped with furniture and cooking utensils. Seeing her daughter's eyes and knowing that it was she who was calling the flies, Mary panicked and began screaming, John coming running in from the living room.
