| Here ya go, Sub Bear. I think this is much more worthy of Bones Brown. I think I found a fairly good 'real life' equivalent in Chuck Connors. (I tried to add some 'greasy hair') _________________ |

| Just so everyone knows, Easy is out of the loop until Thursday or Friday. He's been sent on a training trip for his job and only has access to the work laptop. _________________ Judge not nor fear that or those which you do not understand, for it or they may be someone or something that will aid you in the trials of your life.

| Ah... I was trying to give him an opening there. That explains it. Well I am sure we can proceed on to Coyote Hills. However, things end up Dawson will cross our paths again. _________________ |

| Just a little tidbit on the Apache language:
Apache is an Athabaskan (Na-Dene) language of the American Southwest, particularly Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. Actually, there are at least two distinct Apache languages: Western Apache and Eastern Apache. The two are closely related, like French and Spanish, but speakers of one language cannot understand the other well--in fact, Western Apache is closer to Navajo than to Eastern Apache. Chiricahua-Mescalero is considered by some people to be a dialect of Western Apache, by others a separate language; the three forms of Eastern Apache (Jicarilla, Lipan, and Plains Apache) are considered by some to be distinct languages and by others to be dialects of a single Eastern Apache language. In all there are about 15,000 speakers of Apachean languages in the American Southwest today. _________________ |

| Thanks Tiph, the Chiricahua and Mescalero also spoke some Spanish. I have been looking for an online translator but have not found one suitable yet. My search continues. |

| Cool glad that could help. Just thought it would add to the realism if we were all aware of the different dialects that exist. We may have some characters that may very well speak West Apache and not really understand the other dialect.
I was researching the relationship between the northwestern native languages and those down around the Rio Grande and found that they do in fact share some common words. The language's that Sandy knows would not be understood by the Apache or vica versa, but they share the same base words simply meaning that he might be able to make some intuitive leaps to decipher the Apache languages. They are all Athabascan.
Its just a pet peeve of mine when people speaking different dialects can understand one another perfectly. There are areas of Europe where the dialects of common languages vary so greatly from village to village that people have a hard time understanding one another. _________________ |

| Hey Easy... yeah, I had set up a spot for Ethan then we started to move on prior to learning about your status. No worries though, the way that it has played out, Dawson is heading for the ranch, but so is McIntire. Sandy, Bones and Maddie saw him ripping across the range until he went out of sight and they are progressing on to Coyote Hills.
If Dawson heads to the Circle M, he learn straight away where the other group is headed. That would probably be the most intuitive course of action, but anything can happen. All depends on how creative you want to be.
Safe flight! _________________ |

| Okay, Bear. What d'ya think of this one? Think maybe this actor captures the essence of Bones. I could be wrong though. Looks pretty cool anyway. _________________ |
