Ahhh, okay. Didn't think about that. And, no, I don't want her to be a victim. She is a strong willed young lady having survived the streets they way she has. And, I don't have a problem killing this one off if someone wishes to join up and wants a character with similar abilities. Sound okay?

The ties to the underworld are ONLY suspected and have never been proven, at this time. More will be revealed as his story progresses. He will probably be a sideline character but we will see what developes. *rubbs hands together and twists handle bar mustache*

Stitch can literally put things back together... all kinds of things. He can mend anything back to the way it was, so he can't improve things, just make them whole again. Size is naturally an issue, he has his limitations and using his ability is very taxing so he general charges for his services.

Typically melancholy, seeming depressed even when laughing, Stitch generally keeps to himself. Years ago he ended up in the service of criminals looking for a quick fix and though they pay well doesn't really care for their company, but since they know now what he can do, trying to escape isn't much of an option for him anymore.

Description: Sydney is half-Black, half-Chinese. Her Asian roots show in her slender build and dark, slanted eyes. Her shoulder-length black hair is too short to stay out of her face in just a ponytail, so she typically wears it in two low pigtails at the base of her neck. Her skin is smooth and dark, her lips thin and her chin slightly pointed. She typically dresses practically: In cargo pants and a dark, fitted shirt with tough sneakers.

Personality: Sydney is extremely passionate in her view that meta-humans are superior and humans little more than overconfident livestock. While she can seem rather unstable at times, she is calculating and methodical in her actions and very rarely rash. To any who side with her views, she will be fiercely loyal. However, should anyone disagree or even be caught helping humans in any way, they are as good as target practice. Sydney deeply despises humans and all those who sympathize with them and she is even more disgusted by metas in humans' service. As such, should one ever wrong her, Sydney will hold a grudge forever.

Powers/Abilities:

Teleportation-- So long as she can see her destination, she can appear there. When she teleports, she vanishes in a wisp of silverish-purple smoke and appears almost instantly at her destination.

Sharp-shooter: Sydney is deadly accurate and almost never misses. She carries on her countless little daggers and throwing knives. She is also skilled in close combat with blades.

Bio.: Sydney is the daughter of an incredibly intelligent meta with an interest in creating more of their kind with unbelievable talent. In his studies, he paired his own DNA with a Chinese meta, impregnating her with Sydney. Sydney's powers blossomed early and her father immediately took her under his wing, training her to be a deadly fighter. When she was still a young child, her mother broke away from her father, finding his obsession with meta superiority to be dangerous and extreme. Her relationship with her father, however, was deep and her mother's separation concerned her very little. After the Rigg's act, her father's lab (and home) was raided and the father-daughter team only barely escaped. This only further deepened their hatred for humans and it was around then that Sydney decided to strike out on her own, hiring herself to anyone who wanted to rid the world of the virus known as humankind. To protect her father's identity, she uses her mother's last name.

Background and present Employment: A tough acrobatic Steel worker. Ned has a personable personality with co-workers, friends, women and people he would meet on and off the job. Ned is a man of action and likes to build fast bikes and street roadsters designed for speed. His co-workers nickname him ‘Clutch’ because if he wasn’t working or building fast bikes and street roadsters; he was racing on a track nearby.

Ned works for the Acme Steel Company as a steel worker. Acme builds skyscrapers. Ned has incredible abilities being able to work thousands of feet above the City of Chicago. He uses Acme Steel Company as his cover going after the known criminals.

Twenty-two years before, Ned was the Number #1 Acrobatic Stunt man in the country and performed for many famous Circus companies around the world. Ten years into the business at age 28, his performance was only seen at the big tent at Circus Circus Casino in Las Vegas. His ability to work closely with people with special talents and his personable personality won him many favors from the Las Vegas mob including invites to private mob parties where the bigwigs showed off their power.

Ned hated criminals, from the bosses to the two-bit scumbags that would steal $10 from a kid or shoot someone for no reason. Those bad guys needed to be put away and Ned was in no position to do anything about it.

It was at one of these mob parties that he witnessed a payoff in an exchange for a special weapon and was shot in the back trying to escape down a flight of stairs. The bullet hit his spinal cord, accidental flaw in which his body was bathed in an unknown industrial chemical mixture that also entered into his bloodstream through a gunshot wound. This caused a body-wide mutagenic process that transformed his physiology. Eel exists in a fluid state, either entirely liquid or solid. During recovery Ned finds out he can stretch his body like elastic at will and has complete control over his entire molecular structure.

Powers and Abilities:
Malleability (Elasticity/Plasticity): He can stretch his limbs and body to super lengths and sizes. There is no known limit to how far he can stretch his body. But there are some time constraints.

Size Alteration: He can shrink himself down to a few inches tall (the size of a dollar bill) and stay this way all day long or he can stretch to become a titan (the size of skyscrapers) for about 1-2 hours a day depending if he shape-shifts during the same time.

Shape-Shifting: He can contort his body into various positions and sizes impossible for ordinary humans, such as being entirely flat so that he can slip under a door or using his fingers to pick conventional locks. He can also use it for disguise by changing the shape of his face and body. Thanks to his fluid state, Ned can open holes in his body and turn himself into objects with mobile parts. In addition, he can alter his bodily mass and physical constitution at will, there is virtually no limit to the sizes and shapes he can contort himself into. But each time he shape-shifts he becomes fatigue, although metabolism allows him to continue to shape shift; fatigue weakens the ability to contort and brings him back to normal.

Super Agility: These stretching powers grant Ned heightened agility enabling him flexibility and coordination that is extraordinarily beyond the natural limits of the human body.

Color Change: The only limitation he has relates to color, which he cannot change without intense concentration. He generally does not use this ability and sticks to his blue colored uniform.

Invulnerability: Ned's powers extraordinarily augment his durability. He is able to withstand corrosives, punctures and concussions without sustaining any injury (although he can be momentarily stunned). He is resistant to high velocity impacts that would kill an ordinary person, resistant to blasts from small detonations, and is completely bullet proof. His bodily mass can be dispersed, but for all intents and purposes it is invulnerable.

Regeneration: He is able to regenerate and/or assimilate lost or damaged tissue, though it does take a long time, it’s far faster than an ordinary human.

Mortality: Ned is aging at a rate far slower than that of normal human beings at 50 he still feels and looks like 25.

Ultrasonic Detection: His body will start to "ripple" when an ultrasonic frequency is triggered.

Weaknesses: His semi-liquid form remains stable at relatively high and low temperatures, provided that the temperature change is gradual. A sudden change induces a complete change of state, creating a truly solid or truly liquid form. Once thawed and reassembled, he was physically unharmed (though emotionally traumatized). Ned is weaken to extreme heat and was temporarily melted. Ned is also vulnerable to chemicals such as Acetone which melts and destabilizes his putty-like form, although he will eventually regenerate when the chemicals are gone.

Ten miles southeast of Arnett, just outside the town of Ropesville was one of the roughest bars in Texas. Even the state troopers avoided the place which was considered a virtual black hole of crime. If someone got too close and pulled into the place they were considered as good as dead.

Inside, the bar wasn't much. Dark and permeated with the stench of stale beer and blood one would wonder why anyone, even the lowest of the low would want to spend any time in such a place. The answer was simple, though. It was the answer to just about all questions that were similar — money.

Rednecks was owned by a ruthless man by the name of Harley DeCamp. Born the bastard son of a junkie whore, he himself joked that he was conceived behind the eight ball, which wasn't very far from the truth. At the tender age of nine, he was already running drugs and had made his first kill; a boy six years his senior. It was rumored that he beat the teenager to death with his bare hands, laughing as he did so. Those that knew him, questioned his Humanity, convinced that a monster like him had to be a Meta, but no one knew what he was, nor did anyone have the guts to ask. It was said that one of his best friends once inferred that he might not be Human, and without hesitation, Harely wrung his old friend's neck right in the middle of the bar.



Harley is a six foot tall man with a husky build. He has longish brown hair, light greenish coloured eyes and commonly wears a faded pair of blue jeans, casual shirt and a white cowboy hat.

Incapable of experiencing normal emotions, Harley basically hates everything. A psychopath, he can only experience emotions of hate and rage, all other feelings blend into a grey landscape of annoyance. Promoting the suffering of Humans and Meta's alike is all that the criminal care about... if anything.
