| So I tossed up some of the Cthulhu stuff... that lot has been vacant long enough, time for a shopping mall!
As I mentioned, there is still so much to do, and so little time, but it's beginnings are only a question of when, which is most likely after the Summer. I think it would be more convenient for everyone who may wish to participate, although I could be wrong.
As we are all aware, we are sometimes blinded when attempting to explain what from our perspective seems common knowledge. I try not be so ignorant, but it unfortunately happens to us all from time to time. So let me know if there is anything that doesn't make sense.
I will be setting up some of the common maps fairly soon to give people a better idea of the extent of the world, oh and I am NOT fussy at all if someone wants to utilize technology that existed in 1926 for a 1923 adventure. That's splitting hairs, and it just isn't any fun. I like to be as accurate and the next person, but let's be realistic and just allow an array of 1920's technology. I don't expect anyone to go to great lengths to research a specific time period, if someone wants to, that is their prerogative. Part of the reason for this is also because the adventures will bounce around in the 20's and the same characters can be used, so there is no real time line. It is actually very hard to stay frozen in a decade without creating a time warp. _________________ |

| I put a concept in Grimnir's Inn called the House of Mirrors, a complete free-form story telling system. I mainly posted it as an example of how people can start stories and keep them organized so that it they catch on they can be easily transferred to a forum.
I am not actually expecting any participation in the story, there are truly more than enough interesting stories on the go, but at least it's there for those as shell to harbor some ideas.
Until Grimnir's Inn get's really cluttered I don't see a need to transfer anything to the archives, so it's something for newcomers to take a look at, and perhaps it will inspire them to try their hand at creating their own stories. _________________ |

| Sounds cool. It is really just a storyline that your imagination can run wild within, and have some fun mucking around with other people's characters. It is a serious story line don't let the Buster Cafe character give the wrong impression. In case you haven't guessed he is based on Chip Coffey from Paranormal State, that guy is hilarious! Just thought he would be a really interesting character to portray... but he swears A LOT... probably have to tone down the language with him. _________________ |

| I thought he looked familiar and after reading his description I figured out who he was. LOL
He's a hoot.
I watch that show just to see the bad acting that goes on in it. _________________ Eagles may soar in the clouds, but weasels never get sucked into jet engines.

| Oh it's gotten bad. Really bad! When it first started it was actually more like actual documented cases, but with soaring popularity it is now just another reality show... lame. I still watch though, whenever Chip Coffey is in it, he totally cracks me up! I watch for the bad acting too! I split my sides when Chip starts swearing and freaking out! _________________ |

| Alright, gang, I'm not sure what's happening today, but for some reason, it's takign almost 20 minutes to load one screen on the site for me. It's rather frustrating to say the least. The wierd thing is that it seems to be centered around this site in particular. I can go to other sites with no trouble so I'm not sure if the problem is on MY end or here. If I had to guess, I would say my end. The goofy network neeners we have working for us are all domain dictators. So if I don't answer your PM's or posts right away, I'm not ignorring you. If you need to get in trouch with me ASAP about something, you can reach me at rpmistress@gmail.comOK...now back to growling at the tech czar's. _________________ Eagles may soar in the clouds, but weasels never get sucked into jet engines.

| Me again, folks.
Seems I've come down with bronchitis. Went to the doc late yesterday afternoon and he perscribed some medcine that is kicking my rump. At least it's stopping the coughing and to me, I'll put up with the drowsiness and sleep just so I don't have to cough every 30 seconds.
So my point is this: I may not be hovering around the site for the next couple of days like I usually do. I'll check in and post when I'm not quite so foggy minded. (foggier than usual, anyway) _________________ Eagles may soar in the clouds, but weasels never get sucked into jet engines.

| *stirs his evel smelling and foul tasting brews* Me has the elixer to cure your woes but it be rather manly in is punishment of the stomic and tounge.
It be thousands of years old will kill virus perisites and taste buds as well. So if the flue you be seeking adoid or just a cold her you go may you tongue not burn were the dark one live.
Jar 3/4 fill equal parts
cayenne pepper garlic chopped horse radish grated white onion chopped ginger grated.
top up with unpasteurized apple vinegar with mother in it. Let settle then top again. If in need now stir with and take some out and puree. Other wise leave to sit covered with cheese cloth and stir daily for one week. Once time has past stain with cheese cloth and store in a dark shelf keep a good time. Take one to three table spoons daily. Put in moth gargle lightly then swallow. Oh yest put on nose plug before starting to use. Kiss wife prior to use as well it be strong my friends but very effective.
Use a glass container for this and only ever stir with wood spoon.
nice version that tastes better but less effective is ginger white onion garlic ad cayenne pepper in a tea ball. Pour hot water over let steep and add some unpasteurized honey.
You will feel it burn in every spot you have any infection lung ears throat ect. Cool part is after taking this for a bit you cna impress any Islander by eating the hottest of hot sauces. |

| I'm way to scared of trying that!!
Though maybe I should, since I am indeed fighting SOMETHING right now. Sorry I'm a little inactive yesterday and today. This battle with the virus is the cause! I soldier on! _________________ Amanda's Characters: Erwin von Halde, Leo, Siege, Gertrude de Pontu, Alrick Major NPCs: Evangeline Dowd, Roubins, Paradise, Luther Lofgrin, Cursha, Guyer Faulks
